Trisha is a queer, petite, introverted black woman. Living with anxiety yoga has been a therapeutic tool guiding her on a path to develop self-awareness, which has lead her to find love, build resilience and gain confidence in herself.
She is health & wellness programs assistant coordinating and facilitating programs to optimize the overall health and well-being of older adults in a community based setting. Her focus is to create a safe space to motivate and inspire individuals to move, breathe and reflect regardless of socioeconomic status, colour, size, gender, sexual identity, body shape or age.
Trisha’s classes move at a slower pace where she guides you through a skillful blend of gentle movement, breath and meditation. At the end of your practice you’ll be feeling connected to oneself, rejuvenated and light.
